Mark Deyell

Business Development Manager

Mark is an experienced energy industry business development representative with nearly 10 years of diverse oilfield experience. His career has been focussed on completions services including production testing, wireline and service rigs throughout the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Prior to joining the Demon Oilfield Team, Mark worked as senior sales representative with the 3rd largest land based drilling company in the world, marketing their well servicing division. Mark thrives on building relationships and takes a hands on approach to resolving issues and maintaining customer satisfaction. Away from work, Mark is an avid sports fan, particularly of the NFL and former professional hockey player.

Cory Finley


Demon Oilfield Services was founded by Cory Finley in 2005.  After several years in the oil industry and enduring two separate buy outs, Cory's entrepreneurial spirit and vision for Demon was initiated.  Cory brings the DEMON DIFFERENCE to work every day through his leadership and drive to succeed.  Demon has grown tremendously over the years, expanding across Western Canada and continually gathering market share from its competitors.  Under Cory's leadership not only has the company grown, but it has developed a reputation for excellence.  Attracting and retaining quality people as well as producing exceptional equipment and customer service standards continues to drive business.  Cory's involvement in the communities where Demon is present is seen through his support of local charities, sports and agricultural groups.

Clint Russell

General Manager

Clint Russell is a qualified Petroleum Engineering Technologist & Project Manager, with over 25 years of combined Management, Operations and Sales experience in the energy services industry. His career has encompassed both domestic and international roles servicing the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, Australia and Papua New Guinea.  Prior to joining the Demon Oilfield team, Clint spent over 9 years living and working in Australia while there he undertook both managerial and operational roles. In addition to these roles, he also helped to start-up a Heli portable contract drilling entity in Papua New Guinea.  Clint is a key member of the Demon team by bringing his wealth of knowledge and depth to the company. 

Tammy Konschuh

Office Manager

Tammy Konschuh joined Demon Oilfield Services in July 2006 and was one of the first employees. Tammy brings over 15 years of administration and accounting experience, with the last ten years in the Oil & Gas Industry.  She has played a key role in managing the growth and development of Demon from a start up to a successful mid size player in the Western Canadian oil industry.

Raymond Johannson

Senior Operations Manager

Ray Johannson comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience directly in the well testing industry.  He has spent many years in the field on all different scales of jobs.  Ray also has an extensive management career with international companies working primarily in Canada as well as the United States.  His “roll up the sleeves” approach is instrumental in his success within our corporation.  He is mostly focused on our Saskatchewan operations, however he is a great asset to helping when needed on any of our projects.

Mike Goss

Operations Manager

Mike comes with a vast array of experience as he is currently in his 25th year of working in the oilfield specifically in Production Testing.  Mike has over 5 years of experience managing testing crews and equipment.  He comes most recently from an another production testing company that shut down its operations in Canada and was in a similar role.  When it comes to his management style he definitely takes a hands on approach.  He likes to spend as much time as possible building relationships with our own staff and our clients.  His door is always open and he is always willing to find a solution.  

Steve Palechek

Heating Division Manager

Steve Palechek has worked for Demon Oilfield for over 8 years with over 15+ years of experience in heating both in commercial applications and oilfield as well.  He has to date helped to design and implement our heating division program including designing the new Rojo Diablo Mega Heaters and training our heating personnel.  As a certified power engineer, his wealth of knowledge and experience in the heating field has made Steve an asset to our team by driving our heating division to the next level.

Sarah Klippenstein

HSE Manager

Sarah Klippenstein is a Health and Safety specialist with over 10 years of HSE experience.  During her career, Ms. Klippenstein has gained valuable experience while providing support to directors in several sectors of activity.  Sarah’s knowledge spans from producing companies, engineering and service companies.  She has successfully facilitated line organization for managers and staff to effectively utilise the HSE management systems within the oil and gas sector.  Possessing excellent HSE quality outputs, Sarah will be ensuring HSE is at the forefront of operations as Demon Oilfield Services business expands.
