Well Testing Assistant Operator
Well Testing Assistant Operators support our field crews by assisting with rig-in and rig-out, equipment operation, and daily well testing and flowback activities. This position is ideal for someone with previous oilfield experience who is looking to build a long-term career in well testing.
Annual earnings:$50,000 - $100,000, depending on position, experience, and knowledge.

Requirements:
Previous oilfield experience is required.

Physically capable of lifting and carrying 75 lbs or more.

Well Testing Supervisor
Well Testing Supervisors are responsible for leading field crews, ensuring safe and efficient operations, communicating with customers, and completing operational reporting. Successful applicants will have strong well testing experience and be confident leading crews in the field.
Annual earnings:$75,000 - $200,000, depending on position, experience, and knowledge.

Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in well testing and/or flowback operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to safely manage field operations and mentor crew members.
Experience completing operational reports and customer documentation.

Heating Supervisor
We are looking for experienced super heater operators with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in the oilfield. Preference with experience as a super heater operator, or in either water transfer or drilling rigs The successful candidate must be ready to work and learn about these superb pieces of equipment. The operations consist of large scale fluid heating for Oil & gas completion projects in remote locations throughout Western Canada.
Annual earnings:$100,000 - $200,000, depending on position, experience, and knowledge.

Superheater Operator Responsibilities:
Always keeping safety in mind while operating and rigging in the equipment
Operators should be familiar with pump applications, maintenance and electrical components and have basic knowledge of boiler heating systems.
Operate pumping systems to heat and pump the produced water as required from the water source and operate burners for heating fluids using controls, gauges and switches.
Controlling and observing equipment gauges and indicators to monitor job scope
Ensure basic maintenance and cleanliness of the equipment at all times
Ensure all paperwork is up to date including maintenance schedules, log books, and safety paperwork.
Communicate effectively with internal office personnel and operations staff as well as the clients on site.
Must work well with others on site and adhere to the safety and compliance of the site rules as well as Demon's safety policies and procedures.
In order to be considered, candidates must be physically fit and be capable of carrying hoses and fittings on site in all weather conditions. All candidate's must hold the following valid tickets and certifications:
